libgcj15-dev software package provides Java development headers for use with gcj, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgcj15-dev
libgcj15-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgcj15-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgcj15-dev *
You will get with libgcj15-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
